Based on the well-known television programme Question Time, RIDI and our headline sponsor Amazon, have brought together a leading panel of experts to discuss and debate the major disability inclusion recruitment priorities facing us today.

From the provision of accessible application systems, through to getting the workplace right for disabled people from day one, our panel will share their views and experiences on the entire recruitment process. They will also offer practical actions for how we can work together towards a more inclusive and equitable workforce.

Marking 5 years since the first RIDI parliamentary debate, this event will help us all to make collective progress on disability inclusion.

Our Panel

  • Chloe Smith MP (Chair) – former disability minister
  • Kate Headley, Director – The Clear Company, Disability Access Ambassador
  • Neil Carberry, Chief Executive – Recruitment Employment Confederation
