Jane Hatton speaks about the change in the RIDI Awards over the years – moving the conversation on to being about talent and not about disabilities, talking about the business case for recruiting disabled talent. A lot of the good practice examples shared in this year’s entries is now really commonplace including training and delivery practice.
From his experience at HS2, Mark Lomas shares his thoughts about the importance of inclusive design being the future of inclusive transport and the improvements amongst the rail category.
