RIDI Awards 2023 celebrates exceptional achievements in Disability Confident recruitment: Arts Council and FT amongst the winners
The Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) Awards 2023, recognising excellence in diversity and inclusion within the recruitment sector, proudly unveiled its winners on the 7th December 2023, at a ceremony taking place at law firm DWF’s offices in London and streamed online.
The exceptional winners, including the Arts Council, Cabinet Office, PageGroup and FT attended the reception at the Capital’s Walkie-Talkie building to accept awards for the impact of their disability confident recruitment practices.
Organisations recognised at the awards included family-owned-and-run businesses like Marsham Court Hotel to large multinationals including KPMG, proving disability confidence can be achieved by organisations of all sizes.
The awards, which had two new categories this year – ‘Building Disability Confidence’ for those organisations at the start of their journey and ‘Creating Disability Confident Recruiters’, for those with long established Disability Confident programmes – are supported sponsors including Amazon, PageGroup, Robert Walters Group, and Saxton Bampfylde, all of whom are at the forefront of promoting inclusivity and driving disability inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
