Sparked by a personal family experience, the team set out to ensure their hotel was welcoming and accessible for both guests and employees. Their commitment was recognised in 2023 with two RIDI Awards—Disability Confident in the Private Sector and the prestigious Greatest Impact Award. Since then, Marsham Court has continued to expand its inclusive practices, become a Disability Confident Leader, and offer meaningful opportunities through work placements and employment. Today, with 20% of their workforce identifying as disabled, the hotel is living its mission to reflect and represent the community it serves.
