Speaking from lived experience as Global Disability ERG Co-Lead, the team shares why amplifying disabled talent is central to AMS’s mission and how intentional inclusion can unlock opportunity and impact. Winning the Disability Confident category at the 2022 RIDI Awards marked an important milestone, celebrating progress while reinforcing the drive to keep challenging barriers.
