RIDI Awards 2021: Best Recruitment Campaign roundtable

Our fourth RIDI Awards category roundtable highlights the Best Recruitment Campaign category and our current winners, Financial Conduct Authority along with the Guidant Global. Kate Headley, RIDI Exec Chair was joined by Chris Dowling from FCA, Stephen Salmon from Guidant Global and Paul Deemer from NHS Employers.

This was a new category for the Awards in 2020, created to recognise a unique campaign which has been carefully and cleverly implemented to attract a diverse range of talent. A campaign which is not only open and inclusive for disabled people but goes the extra mile to ensure they have been consulted and supported at every step.
